Our Preset Menu options provide you with several of our recommended selections, based on a variety of food choices, combinations and cost structures:

Set Lunch – Maximum 49 Guests

  • $12 per person (plus 6.5% tax & 18% gratuity)

First Course

SEAFOOD GUMBO: A traditional Southern favorite, made with the freshest seafood, served with white rice and just the right amount of spice to make this a gumbo to remember

Second Course

  • ISLAND COBB SALAD: Chopped romaine, chopped jumbo shrimp, avocado, vine ripe tomatoes & cucumbers served with Key West’s own “Louie Dressing”
  • TURKEY CROISSANT: Thinly sliced roasted turkey breast on a flaky croissant, with cheddar cheese, confetti lettuce and beefsteak tomato, served with a tropical melon salsa.
  • PARADISE CHEESEBURGER: Add your choice of American, Swiss, or Cheddar Cheese. Served with Iceberg Lettuce, Beefsteak Tomato Slice, Red Onion and Sweet Potato Fries. Double big. Double good. Served with golden French fries.

  • TURKEY CROISSANT: Thinly sliced roasted turkey breast on a flaky croissant, with cheddar cheese, confetti lettuce and beefsteak tomato, served with a tropical melon salsa.
  • CUBAN MIX: Straight from the classic recipe at the M&M; Laundry in Key West Hot pressed Cuban Roll slathered with mayonnaise & yellow mustard, piled high with pickles, pepperoni, ham, roast pork & American cheese. Served with golden French Fries

  • CILANTRO RUBBED MAHI MAHI: Seasoned with Caribbean spices, flash seared, topped with a garlic and cilantro sauce, served with garlic-mashed potatoes and steamed vegetable medley.
  • GUAVA GLAZED BABY BACK RIBS: Sweet and tender baby back ribs baked and brushed with a tropical Guava BBQ sauce. Served with garlic-mashed potatoes and steamed vegetable medley
