Return to Previous Page Chef Lance Lindaman I have always been fascinated by food; I started cooking when I was 14 years old. My first job was making pizza, making everything fresh. Tossing the dough really got me hooked. Here I am 23 years later and still cooking! I love it! I am from a very close family, we gathered around food every day. We all helped in the kitchen, and my love for creating stuck with me. I moved to Panama City with my wife Kristi, and our 3 children to work at the Boatyard. I have lived all over the country, and worked for many great Chefs, learning as much as I could. I graduated the Culinary Institute of America, and settled my focus on seafood. The fresh seafood of the Gulf Coast has always impressed me, working with Caribbean food for the past 7 years I wanted to be closer to the freshest possible, Florida. My mother and father have lived here for many years, and we have always enjoyed the Boatyard. When we decided to move south I pursued Boatyard for employment. The Boatyard has given me the opportunity to experience fresh local, and exotic seafood on a daily basis. Forums The perfect place to meet Yard Dogs and other locals, ask
questions, talk about the bands at Boatyard or just hang out. Come
on in! We're glad to have ya.
